The hotel had a good location and provided free breakfast, which was quite good. the rooms were clean and well maintained.
The staff was not friendly or helpful, and they didn't seem to care about customer service. the wifi was slow and unreliable, and there were issues with the hot water.

Excellent location, walking distance to local attractions. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and nice amenities. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious, offering a variety of hot and cold options.
The check-in process was a bit slow and disorganized, with confusion over our reservation. The Wi-Fi signal in our room was weak and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected.

There were some teething issues, like shower and tap leaks, that caused problems in the bathroom.
